Kochi: Mathrubhumi.com is bringing its Kerala Property Expo to Bengaluru for the first time on June 27 and 28 at the Nava Jeeva Convention Centre. The convention centre is located at 5th Cross Road, HBR Layout Stage 1, HBR Layout 2nd Block, Bengaluru.
Designed to benefit both the Malayali community in Bengaluru and prospective home-buyers, the event will feature more than 200 projects from leading builders across Kerala. The expo will be open to visitors from 11 am to 9 pm.
The expo will showcase completed and ongoing real estate projects from across Kerala, including Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kottayam, Thiruvalla, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur. Visitors can explore a wide range of properties, including super luxury apartments, luxury apartments, budget-friendly apartments and villas.
The Kerala Property Expo will offer Malayalis an opportunity to interact directly with leading builders and explore some of Kerala's top residential projects. Visitors can compare projects, book their preferred homes at the venue and complete the property registration in their name later in Kerala.
The expo also provides builders with a platform to connect directly with prospective homebuyers interested in purchasing property in Kerala. A wide range of properties suitable for both residential use and investment will be on display, offering buyers an opportunity to explore projects with strong future appreciation potential.
