The Ministry stated that private schools will continue to have flexibility in implementing a hybrid rotational learning model when required, depending on institutional readiness and local education authority guidelines. This approach allows schools to balance in-person and remote learning based on operational needs.
It also clarified that schools adopting hybrid learning must ensure proper staff deployment so that teachers are not required to simultaneously manage both in-person and remote classes, in order to maintain education quality and manage workload effectively.
Authorities further noted that educational institutions will remain prepared to shift between learning models if necessary, ensuring continuity of education and adaptability in case of changing circumstances.
The announcement marks a return to full on-campus learning across the country, with officials emphasizing that preparedness and flexibility remain central to the education system’s operational approach.
