Minneapolis: A Delta Airlines co-pilot was arrested mid-flight by federal agents moments after landing in San Francisco, reportedly on charges related to child sexual abuse material, according to a Fox News report.

Passengers on the flight described a dramatic scene as multiple federal agents, including officers from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), rushed into the cockpit and detained the co-pilot. A video showing the pilot being escorted off the plane in handcuffs is now circulating on social media.

One passenger told Fox 9 that authorities instructed everyone to remain seated while agents pushed through first class and entered the cockpit. The flight crew also appeared just as surprised by the sudden arrest.

Another passenger told the San Francisco Chronicle that the agents stormed into the plane, wearing various vests, badges, and carrying firearms.

While the pilot's name has not been released and no official charges have been announced, Fox News correspondent cited a senior federal source confirming that the arrest was linked to child pornography charges. Authorities, including Delta Airlines and Homeland Security, have yet to issue official statements.
