The B-2s, with their distinctive flying wing design, are among the U.S. Air Force’s most advanced strategic bombers

Washington: Two B-2 Spirit stealth bombers soared over the White House on Friday in a dramatic show of military might to mark Independence Day, as President Donald Trump signed his landmark tax and spending bill into law.
The bombers, accompanied by F-22 Raptors and F-35A Lightning IIs, formed the centrepiece of a patriotic "Freedom Flyover" above the nation’s capital. All three aircraft types were part of the strike package used in Operation Midnight Hammer, the recent U.S. air campaign targeting Iranian nuclear facilities.
Pilots involved in the Iran operation were among those invited to attend the White House ceremony, which blended political theatre with military spectacle.
Trump, standing alongside Republican lawmakers and First Lady Melania Trump, signed the sweeping legislation -- which he dubbed the “One Big Beautiful Bill” -- against the roar of jet engines. “America is winning, winning, winning like never before,” he declared.
The B-2s, with their distinctive flying wing design, are among the U.S. Air Force’s most advanced strategic bombers, capable of delivering both conventional and nuclear payloads.
