The bus, carrying passengers from Helmand and Kandahar, was reportedly travelling from southern Afghanistan.

Islamabad: A passenger bus overturned early Wednesday morning in the Arghandi area of Kabul, Afghanistan's capital, killing at least 25 people. The bus was travelling from southern Afghanistan with passengers from Helmand and Kandahar provinces.
Interior Ministry spokesman Abdul Mateen Qani attributed the accident to reckless driving. In addition to the fatalities, 27 people were injured in the crash.
This incident follows closely behind another devastating bus accident in the western province of Herat less than a week ago, which resulted in approximately 80 deaths.
