New Delhi: Petrol and diesel rates have shown no major changes across metro cities and state capitals, on October 15, Wednesday.

In Mumbai, petrol is priced at ₹103.50 per litre. In Gurgaon, petrol rose slightly to ₹95.65 per litre. Meanwhile, Jaipur and Patna saw a drop in both Petrol and Diesel prices.

The price of petrol remained stable on Wednesday at ₹103.50 per litre, as has been the case over the past ten months, with slight changes in cities like Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, Patna, and Thiruvananthapuram.

Diesel was priced at ₹90.03 per litre in Mumbai, showing slight to no variation across major metro cities.

With diesel prices holding steady nationwide for over eight months, fuel costs remain influenced by global oil trends, domestic tax policies and currency exchange rates.

Prices have remained stable since April 2025, following a ₹50 hike earlier in the year. Over the past 12 months, LPG prices nationwide have shown a gradual upward trend.
