Kochi: Vishnu Nagaraj, a native of Palakkad, and his wife Alisha Davis hailing from Thrissur jointly manage Carve Startup Labs (carvestartuplabs.com), a Bangalore-based company with a mission to connect Indian startups internationally.
Over the past year, Carve Startup Labs (CSL) facilitated opportunities for nearly 50 Indian startups to engage in international events, ensuring their global presence. According to Vishnu Nagaraj, the co-founder and CEO, CSL provided Indian startups the chance to participate in various international startup summits across over 10 countries, such as Germany, Austria, and the UAE.
Additionally, CSL has expanded its services to assist foreign startups in establishing their presence in India. Vishnu and Alisha have taken on the responsibility of bringing over 10 startups from Germany to India as part of the expansion project initiated by the Berlin government. They started an office in Germany a few months ago, with Jan Lachenmayer and Siddharth Bhasin serving as their European correspondents.
Vishnu graduated in computer science from Thrissur Nehru College, while Alisha, also an alum of Nehru College, pursued electrical and electronics engineering. Previously, Alisha worked at KSEB before resigning to join CSL alongside Vishnu.
