Dalal Street gears up for a busy October 1 with three IPO listings — Epack Prefab Technologies, BMW Ventures, and Jain Resource Recycling. Together they raised nearly ₹1,986 crore, but grey market signals suggest mixed debuts.

Dalal Street is set to welcome three fresh listings on Wednesday, October 1, as Epack Prefab Technologies, BMW Ventures, and Jain Resource Recycling make their market debut after collectively raising ₹1,985.66 crore through IPOs.
The grey market premium (GMP) signals suggest mixed fortunes for the trio, leaving investors curious whether these debuts will bring gains or disappointments. All three IPOs opened for bidding between September 24 and 26 and will list on both BSE and NSE.
1. Epack Prefab Technologies
Noida-based Epack Prefab Technologies may see a flat listing, with no visible GMP ahead of debut. Although its grey market premium touched ₹15-17 per share during bidding, weak subscription numbers and muted recent debuts have lowered expectations.
- Issue Size: ₹504 crore (entirely fresh issue)
- Price Band: ₹194-204 per share
- Subscription: 3.07x overall
Analyst Call: Brokerages like Motilal Oswal and Monarch Networth were positive for long-term investors, suggesting ‘subscribe’ with patience.
2. Jain Resource Recycling
Jain Resource Recycling is expected to list with modest gains of 5-6% (₹10-15 per share above issue price). Its GMP had peaked at ₹30 before the subscription began but cooled down later.
- Issue Size: ₹1,250 crore (₹500 crore fresh + ₹750 crore OFS)
- Price Band: ₹220-232 per share
- Subscription: A strong 15.90x overall
Analyst Call: Brokerages, including ICICI Securities and Motilal Oswal, gave a subscribe rating, citing solid fundamentals.
3. BMW Ventures
On the other hand, BMW Ventures faces a likely discounted debut, with grey market quotes showing a ₹2 discount per share just ahead of listing. Earlier, the GMP was seen in the range of ₹8-10, but weak demand dampened sentiment.
- Issue Size: ₹231.66 crore (entirely fresh issue)
- Price Band: ₹94-99 per share
- Subscription: Just 1.50x overall
Analyst Call: Limited coverage; experts remain divided on the company’s short-term prospects.
What Should Investors Do?
- For listing gains: Jain Resource Recycling looks the safest bet with a healthy subscription and a likely positive listing.
- For long-term play: Epack Prefab could reward patient investors, despite a dull start.
- For risk-takers: BMW Ventures may disappoint on debut, but could be a speculative buy if sentiment improves.
With three listings lined up on October 1, all eyes will be on Dalal Street to see which IPOs deliver value — and which ones turn into a wait-and-watch game.
