New Delhi: Gold prices in India stood at ₹14,917 per gram for 24-karat gold on Tuesday, according to rates compiled by Goodreturns.
The price of 22-karat gold was ₹13,674 per gram, while 18-karat gold was priced at ₹11,188 per gram.
The rates are based on prices sourced from reputed jewellers across India and are updated daily. Gold is widely considered a hedge against inflation and remains a popular investment option among investors.

Gold prices remained largely unchanged across major Indian cities, with 24-karat gold priced at ₹14,917 per gram and 22-karat gold at ₹13,674 per gram in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai. Delhi recorded slightly higher rates, with 24K gold at ₹14,932 per gram and 22K gold at ₹13,689 per gram.
Silver prices stood at ₹2,34,900 per kg in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata. Hyderabad and Chennai recorded a higher rate of ₹2,44,900 per kg. For 100 grams, silver was priced at ₹23,490 in most of these cities, while the rate stood at ₹24,490 in Hyderabad and Chennai.
