Aster DM Healthcare reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months (9M) of FY25, driven by higher patient volumes and operational efficiency.
The company’s revenue for 9M FY25 rose 15% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 3,138 crore, while its operating EBITDA surged 35% YoY to Rs 613 crore. Q3 FY25 revenue grew 11% YoY to Rs 1,050 crore, with operating EBITDA increasing by 20% YoY to Rs 202 crore. The operating EBITDA margin improved to 19.5% in 9M FY25 from 16.6% in 9M FY24.
The revenue increased by 15% YoY to Rs 3,138 crore in 9M FY25, up from Rs 2,721 crore in 9M FY24. In Q3 FY25, revenue grew by 11% YoY, reaching Rs 1,050 crore compared to Rs 949 crore in Q3 FY24.
Profit before tax (PBT) jumped 103% YoY to Rs 413 crore in 9M FY25, while adjusted net profit (post NCI) increased 65% YoY to Rs 251 crore. The board approved an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share.
Dr. Azad Moopen, Founder and Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare, highlighted the company’s focus on operational excellence and expansion, with plans to exceed 6,800 beds by FY27.
