Thiruvananthapuram: The Yuva Morcha activists of the district who raised anti-SilverLine protests laid a survey stone at Cliff House, the official residence of the Chief Minister of Kerala. They jumped over the wall of Cliff house and entered the premises, which is a highly protected area in the region. However, police came to know about this only after the workers placed the stone here.

The protest was carried out under the Thiruvananthapuram district committee of BJP. They had declared that the survey stones of K-Rail laid in Thiruvananthapuram will be uprooted and placed in the official residence of the CM.

The Yuva Morcha activists entered the premises of Cliff house by 12.30 pm on Thursday. Thiruvananthapuram district president VV Rajesh said that the survey stone plucked off from Chirayinkeezhu taluk was placed at the Cliff house. He also warned that the stones laid in other parts of the district will be brought to the residences of other ministers in the upcoming days.
