Thiruvananthapuram: IndiGo Airlines has reported that Congress activists protested when Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was on board the flight. The report handed over to the police revealed that Youth Congress workers rushed to the CM by raising slogans soon when the CM removed his seat belt after the flight landed at the Thiruvananthapuram airport. The police have published a lookout notice for the third accused in the case.

However, this was the report prepared by the ground handling manager of Thiruvananthapuram airport to submit before the Valiyathura police. The detailed report of IndiGo is yet to be published.

Though the report referred that someone stopped the protesters who were charging at the CM, the report had not mentioned that it was EP Jayarajan. The visuals of the protest on the flight revealed that Jayarajan had shoved the protesters. The report filed by the airlines is in line with the findings of the investigating team.

A lookout notice has been issued against the third accused Sunith Narayanan, who was in the group that raised protest against CM on the Kannur- Thiruvananthapuram IndiGo flight. Though he was on board, he went missing after getting out of the flight.
