Thiruvananthapuram: Former Chief Minister VS Achuthanandan is recovering from Covid-19. His son VA Arun Kumar took to his Facebook page and shared a post informing the CPM veteran's health update.
It is learnt that he is currently undergoing treatment at the private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram despite improvements in his health.
Meanwhile, his wife was also tested positive for the virus on Friday evening.
Achuthanandan was tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday. He contracted the virus from a nurse who was treating him.
