Bengaluru: Karnataka Road Transport Corporation has announced 31 special services from Bengaluru ahead of the Vishu holidays. The bus services will be available to various parts of the state from April 12 to April 14. On April 13, Karnataka RTC will operate 23 services from Bengaluru.

Meanwhile, Kerala Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) also plans to conduct special services from Kannur, Kozhikode, Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram. KSRTC officials revealed that more buses would be assigned based on the number of passengers.

Despite repeated requests from Malayali associations, the Southern Railway has failed to assign special trains from Bengaluru to Kerala.
