Southern Railway has announced a new non-monsoon timetable for a range of special trains operating on the Konkan Railway, effective from November 1, 2024. This seasonal adjustment aims to enhance punctuality and streamline operations during the dry season, impacting train services that connect key destinations across regions, including Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Delhi.

Highlights of Revised Train Schedules:
Hazrat Nizamuddin–Thiruvananthapuram Rajdhani Express (Train No. 12432/12431):
This tri-weekly service will adjust its timings, with Train No. 12432 departing Hazrat Nizamuddin on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, stopping at major stations such as Panvel, Ratnagiri, and Kozhikode. The return service, Train No. 12431, will leave Thiruvananthapuram on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus–Mangaluru Jn Daily Express (Train No. 12133/12134):
Operating daily, this express service will see changes to its arrival and departure times at key stations, including Thane, Panvel, and Mangaluru Junction.

Veraval–Thiruvananthapuram Central Weekly Express (Train No. 16333/16334):
The weekly service will now feature modified timings across significant stops, including Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, and Udupi, affecting both southbound and northbound routes.

Gandhidham–Nagercoil Weekly Express (Train No. 16335/16336):
Departing on Fridays, Train No. 16335 will travel from Gandhidham to Nagercoil, with adjustments at key stations such as Panvel, Ratnagiri, and Madgaon. Its northbound counterpart will leave Nagercoil on Wednesdays.

Okha–Ernakulam Bi-Weekly Express (Train No. 16337/16338):
The bi-weekly express will see revised timings from Okha to Ernakulam and back, with significant changes at Panvel, Ratnagiri, and Karwar.

Bhavnagar–Thiruvananthapuram Weekly Express (Train No. 19260/19259):
This train will now depart from Bhavnagar on Tuesdays and Thiruvananthapuram on Saturdays, with modified timings along the route.

Hazrat Nizamuddin–Ernakulam Weekly Express (Train No. 22656/22655):
The weekly service will now depart Hazrat Nizamuddin on Fridays and Ernakulam on Thursdays, passing through major hubs like Panvel, Ratnagiri, and Kannur.

Ajmer–Ernakulam Marusagar Weekly Express (Train No. 12978/12977):
The Marusagar Express, departing from Ajmer every Friday, will feature updated timings, especially through Maharashtra and Karnataka, before reaching Ernakulam.

Chandigarh–Thiruvananthapuram North Kerala Sampark Kranti Bi-Weekly Express (Train No. 12218/12217):
Running twice a week, this service will maintain updated schedules with adjusted departure and arrival times through Panvel, Ratnagiri, and Udupi.

Lokmanya Tilak–Thiruvananthapuram Netravathi Express (Train No. 16345/16346):
This daily express route connecting Mumbai with Thiruvananthapuram will operate with altered timings at critical stations such as Madgaon and Kannur.
