Thrissur:A major security lapse was reported early Tuesday morning at the Thrissur Zoological Park Wildlife Conservation and Research Centre in Puthur, after stray dogs entered the premises and killed 10 deer.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the breach, and measures are being reviewed to prevent further incidents.
