Thiruvananthapuram: There is nothing wrong in the meeting of ADGP MR Ajith Kumar with RSS leaders, said SNDP General Secretary Vellappally Natesan. While speaking to reporters on Saturday, he said that the report of the DGP in connection with the ‘Thrissur Pooram disruption’ is against the ADGP. “I don’t think that the government would protect the ADGP in this case,” Vellappally said.

“What is wrong with meeting RSS leaders? Aren’t they human beings? Are they untouchables? How could people meet India’s Prime Minister? It is not a great sin on the part of the ADGP to meet RSS leaders. But now things have reached a point where evidence has been coming out regarding the allegations against the ADGP. I strongly believe that, considering the seriousness of the situation, the Chief Minister will take action against the ADGP. Let’s wait for one or two days for it,” Vellappally said.

“I have no connections with PV Anvar. They were all together until recently. If they are at odds now, tomorrow they may become friends again. I have no idea about the things they are discussing now, since it all happened in Malabar. Why didn’t Anvar speak about these things before? Now, the relationship with the CPM leadership has turned sour, and he has decided to speak up. There are some personal or organisational issues between them. Now, things have breached the banks and started overflowing. It has become a stinking affair,” Vellappally said.

“The government fails to provide answers to many questions raised by Anvar.Regardless of the circumstances, it is evident that many people in Malabar, especially in Malappuram, believe that there is something substantial in his allegations. . I will say more about it later, as I want to study the situation well,” he said.
