Mahé: Noted writer M. Mukundan opined that the state government's SilverLine project is the answer to Kerala's traffic congestion.
Speaking to the media while attending DYFI's human chain protest on Saturday, Mukundan argued that the existing railway lanes are inadequate to operate high-speed trains, even if we run services using Vande Bharat Express.
Meanwhile, Mukundan also said that the Centre is intentionally trying to thwart Kerala's developmental initiatives and projects.
"In recent years, the state has made considerable progress in all areas. However, it also appeared that efforts were being made to withhold these developments. This becomes evident when you examine the projects hampered by the Centre," he added.
