Wayanad: Lok Sabha Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi will be visiting Wayanad on Saturday to thank voters for their support in the recent elections. The Gandhis will arrive at Kozhikode airport by 11:00 am on Saturday and begin their visit with a public meeting at Mukkam in the Thiruvambady constituency at 12:00 noon.
The Gandhis have scheduled a series of reception events throughout Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, they will visit Karulai at 2:15 pm, Vandoor at 3:30 pm, and Edavanna at 4:30 pm. On Sunday, they will attend programs at Mananthavady at 10:30 am, Sulthan Bathery at 12:15 pm, and Kalpetta at 1:30 pm. Afterwards, they will return to Delhi from Kozhikode in the evening.

Priyanka Gandhi’s recent swearing-in ceremony saw the attendance of several prominent Congress leaders and other representatives from Kerala, including MLAs A.P. Anilkumar, P.K. Basheer, T. Siddique, and I.C. Balakrishnan. District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents N.D. Appachan, Adv. K. Praveen Kumar, V.S. Joy; KPCC General Secretary Aryadan Shoukath, and other prominent persons also joined the ceremony in support.
