Kochi: Retired IAS officer and ‘Oushadhi’ chairman Dr K R Viswambharan passed away here on Friday morning. He was 70.
He was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Aluva after suffering stroke.
He had served as the district collector of Ernakulam, MD of Kerala Books and Publications Society (KBPS), and director of the Public Education Department.
