Rajakkad: An auction conducted in Chemmnar in Idukki as part of Onam celebrations became so competitive that a Pumpkin was sold for Rs 47,000.

The pumpkin, weighing 5 kg, was gifted to the organisers free of cost. When it was put up for auction to raise funds, locals fend off challenges posed by the rain and continued to bid for the pumpkin.
