Thiruvananthapuram: Postal department this year is providing an option to send ‘Vishu Kaineetam’ (gift) through the post to the dear ones. This is the first time the Kerala postal service is giving this opportunity. One can order ‘Vishu Kaineetam’ from any part of the country to any post office in Kerala.

This service is available until April 10 in all departmental post offices. Rs 100, 200, 500 and 1000 can be booked at the post office along with its commission. The ordered ‘Kaineetam’ will be delivered to the addressee in specially designed envelopes.
