According to the cyberpolice, many of the professionals, including doctors, professors, top officials in airports among others, forget to take even the basic precautions during such transactions.

Earlier, reports of fraudsters from Jharkhand’s Jamtara learning Malayalam to commit online frauds had also surfaced.

The police also suspect that these people are behind sending Malayalam messages to people under the guise of KSEB officials and looting huge sums of money.
