Kozhikode: The Mathrubhumi Auto Expo 2025, organised jointly by Mathrubhumi and MRPL in association with Canara Bank, will begin on Friday at the Marine Grounds on Kozhikode Beach. The three-day event will showcase two-wheelers, auto-rickshaws and four-wheelers, offering visitors a glimpse of the latest automobile models.

More than 25 leading dealers representing global automobile manufacturers will participate in the expo, which will feature around 30 stalls. Visitors will also have a chance to win a special prize—one lucky family selected through a mega draw will get to enjoy a day at a resort in Wayanad. The exhibition will be open to the public from 3 pm to 9.30 pm, with free entry.

As part of the expo, five children selected from a singing contest will get an opportunity to perform at the venue on Saturday. Those interested must submit a minimum one-minute audio clip via WhatsApp to 9207853853. The selected singers will be invited to showcase their talent at the event.

A cake-making competition for women will also be held at the venue. Participants must bring a homemade cake along with its recipe to the Marine Grounds at 4 pm on Saturday. Those interested in joining the competition should contact 9207853853. The event will conclude on February 23.
