Mysuru: Two law students working part-time at a hotel here were brutally attacked by a group of goons on Saturday night. The injured students, Tony Antony and Raju, both natives of Kodanchery in Kozhikode, were rushed to a private hospital for treatment.

According to reports, the attack was led by Shine Prasad, an Angamaly native. The incident followed a verbal dispute on October 16 when Shine allegedly complained about unclean glasses at the hotel.

After the argument, Shine reportedly left the hotel, threatening the staffs.The hotel owner stated that Shine returned two days later with a gang and attacked the students.
