A 26-year-old built a stunning Lamborghini replica from scrap! See the incredible Made-in-Kerala creation that`s gone viral.

What if you can't afford a Lamborghini? You build one yourself. That’s exactly what Bibin, a 26-year-old quality assurance professional from Kerala, has done, crafting a jaw-dropping replica of a Lamborghini Huracán entirely from scrap materials.
Dubbed the "Made-in-Kerala Lamborghini," Bibin's custom-built supercar has gone viral after a video tour of the vehicle was uploaded on YouTube. The project, a result of three years of late-night work, showcases his incredible creativity, engineering skills and determination.
Constructed using discarded metal, fibreglass sheets, and salvaged parts from old vehicles, Bibin’s creation is an ode to DIY engineering. Impressively, even the fuel tank closes with the cap of the very bottle he used to pour fuel.

Some final touches are still pending. For instance, the car’s glass windows are yet to be installed. The rearview mirrors are complete except for the reflective panels, which Bibin plans to attach soon. He fashioned the mirror assembly using aluminium piping and added a mechanism to tilt it from left to right.
Bibin’s version of the iconic Huracán even features butterfly doors, a nose-lift system powered by a car jack, and a wiper motor, all controlled at the push of a button. The car is powered by a Maruti Suzuki Alto engine and runs on Alto wheels, yet its exterior closely resembles that of a high-end sports car.ALSO READ: Thiruvalla man crafts innovative homemade jeep using scrap parts
He estimates having spent around ₹1.5 lakh so far, with around 20–30% of the project still left, mainly the interiors and seat cushioning.
Although Bibin built the vehicle himself, he credits his father and cousins for their constant support throughout the journey.
Netizens have flooded his video with praise. One user wrote, “Car is superb bro, no words to describe.” Another commented, “Damn, he has some serious skills. Appreciate your dedication.”
