EC to release Kerala’s draft electoral roll after SIR. Check for voter inclusions & exclusions. Final list February 21

Thiruvananthapuram: The Election Commission of India is set to release the draft electoral rolls in Kerala on Tuesday, following the Special Intensive Revision (SIR). Draft lists for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands will also be published after their respective SIR processes.
The draft electoral roll will be made public on Tuesday, while the final list is scheduled for publication on February 21. Political parties have expressed concern that the number of excluded voters may be at least twice as high as current estimates.
With the draft list’s release, the first phase of the SIR in Kerala will conclude. Residents who fail to submit the enumeration form during this phase can request inclusion using Form 6 between December 23 and January 22. Alongside this form, a declaration must also be submitted.

Dead - 6,49,885 (2.33%)
Untraceable - 6,45,548 (2.32%)
Permanently displaced - 8,16,221 (2.93%)
In more than one list - 1,36,029 (0.49%)
Others (refused to return the enumeration form) - 1,60,830 (0.58%)
Total - 24,08,503 (8.65%)
