Winners must first verify their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the ticket matches the winning number, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

- Passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
- Self-attested PAN card copy
