Prize claim process:

For winnings below ₹5,000, prize money can be claimed directly from any authorized lottery shop in Kerala.

For winnings above 5,000, winners must present the original winning ticket and valid ID proof at a designated bank or lottery office.

All winners should verify their ticket numbers with the official Kerala Government Gazette and claim prizes within 30 days from the draw date.

Deductions and commission

A 30 percent tax is deducted from the prize money as per government regulations. Additionally, a 10 percent agent's commission is applicable.
