In case of any discrepancies or layout confusion, visit a nearby authorised lottery agency or district office for a physical verification check.

If your ticket matches a winning number, you must initiate the claim process within the stipulated window.

Claim window

All prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date. For the BT-59 draw, the final date to lodge a claim is July 22, 2026.

Where to claim 
Prizes up to ₹5,000: Can be redeemed directly at any authorized retail lottery shop across Kerala.

Prizes above ₹5,000: Must be claimed directly from the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries at Gorky Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram.

Tax deduction notice: In compliance with the Income Tax Act, a flat 30% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) applies to all winnings exceeding ₹10,000. For instance, the ₹1 Crore grand prize winner will receive a net payout of approximately ₹70 Lakh after mandatory tax deductions (excluding applicable surcharges). Furthermore, prizes above ₹10,000 are not disbursed in cash; they are cleared solely via direct bank transfer, demand draft, or a crossed cheque.

Ensure you have the following paperwork ready before visiting the lottery office.

The original winning ticket in clean, unmarred condition, with your signature on the reverse side.

• Self-attested copies of both the front and back of the winning ticket.
   
• A self-attested copy of your PAN card.
   
• Two recent passport-sized photos, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
   
• A valid, government-issued photo identity proof (such as a Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or national ID card).
   
• The official prize claim form properly filled out with a ₹1 revenue stamp affixed.
