Koyilandy: An Iranian boat was taken into custody by the coast guard off the coast here on Sunday. Six fishermen from Kanyakumari were in the boat seized by the coast guard.

It is reported that they are part of a group that went fishing in sea near Iran. They say that they escaped from Iran after not getting their salary. 

The boat was found 20 nautical miles from Koyilandy. The boat is currently in the custody of the Coast Guard.
