Thrissur: Devaswom minister Kadakampally Surendran stated that upto 600 devotees can have darshan at Guruvayur temple a day, through online registration from Tuesday onwards. The minister also informed that the Temple Administrative Committee has decided to allow only those who register via online to enter the temple.
Darshan will be allowed only from 9 am to 1.30 pm in the temple. About 150 devotees can have darshan in one hour, the minister said. However, VIP darshan will not be allowed in the temple, he made it clear.
Upto 60 wedding ceremonies can be held at the temple a day. Only 10 minutes will be allowed to complete the rituals of a wedding. Also 10 people including bride and groom are allowed to take part in the ceremony, the minister said.
