Thiruvananthapuram: The Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department of Kerala has issued a directive stating that employees who fail to provide asset information annually will not be considered for transfer or promotion. It is mandatory for most employees, excluding part-time workers, to submit this information by January 15 as per the employee code of conduct.
The information is collected through the Spark online system, which facilitates salary disbursement. The government has expressed concern over the significant number of employees who have not yet submitted their asset information.
