With the DIGI Door Pin rollout pending, current house numbers will be used for the upcoming local body election voter list.
Voter list revision will begin by mid-July, post-ward division, says Election Commissioner A Shajahan.

Thiruvananthapuram: The existing house numbers will be used to update the voter list for the local body elections. After the ward division is finalised, all buildings, including houses, will be given new numbers soon.
The government has not yet decided whether to continue with the current number or give DIGI Door Pin to buildings. The Election Commission has decided to use the current number in the voter list because of this delay. But they prefer to give DIGI Door Pins. The government has already been informed about this.
The Kerala State Election Commissioner, A Shajahan, stated that the voter list update work will begin by mid-July, following the completion of ward allocation.
