Kannur, Kerala: In a startling accusation, CPM Central Committee member E.P. Jayarajan claimed that a special training program is being conducted at an "American university" to undermine communist parties, particularly in India.

Speaking at a CPM area conference, Jayarajan alleged that these entities are equipping individuals to target and destabilise left-wing parties, especially the CPM, under the pretext of postmodernism.

Jayarajan stated, "The method to destroy a party is by attacking its leadership, and that's what is happening right now. It's not a small affair. The American university trains individuals under the guise of ‘postmodernism’ and sends them back to India to operate in various sectors across the country. The broader strategy is to weaken the CPM so that right-wing forces can gain the upper hand."

He warned that if this attack on the party leadership is not resisted, the consequences could be severe. "Many communist parties around the world have been destroyed using the same tactics," he claimed.

The CPM leader also pointed out that the media is being heavily utilized in this campaign to undermine the party. "The media is being used to attack and destabilize the party, often with money and plans behind it," Jayarajan alleged.
