Thiruvananthapuram: The Save University Campaign Committee (SUCC) has decided to lodge a complaint against PhD dissertation of Kerala State Youth Commission chairperson Chintha Jerome. 

According to the whistleblower forum, Chintha copied text from an article on the website called Bodhi Commons as it is. The mistake of attributing the poetry collection ‘Vazhakkula’ to Malayalam poet Vyloppilli Sreedhara Menon appears in the article and Chintha has copied it, the forum alleged. Even the spelling mistake in the article has been copied as such, the forum noted.

SUCC will lodge the complaint with the Kerala University vice-chancellor on Monday, said reports. Meanwhile, the forum’s move comes a day after it approached the vice chancellor to review the PhD dissertation over the incorrect attribution.
