Thiruvananthapuram: A Akbar, Thrissur Range DIG, has been appointed as Kozhikode City Police Commissioner. He is IPS 2005 batch. His appointment is following the retirement of AV George.
Thrissur Range DIG will be Putta Vimaladitya IPS (2008 batch) who rejoined after leave.
