Kochi: As the plea of Dileep in the conspiracy case was dismissed by HC on Tuesday,  Director Balachandra Kumar came to the spotlight with the response. He said that it was because of strong evidence that the court dismissed the case.

“There were many moves from the defence side trying to tarnish my credibility. I was worried about my credibility in front of the court. But now I have full confidence,” he said to the media. He also responded to the sexual harassment allegation against him.

“I filed the complaint on 21 November 2021. Since then there was no case against me but as soon as the case was filed many cases popped up. Let the police probe this. I am ready to face any allegation,” he said.

He clarified that the media received only four or five audio clips but he handed over 27 audio clips to the police. “Whatever you heard so far is just a teaser. When the verbatim was taken, audios of one and a half page size have been received. Police have all these with them,” he said.
