Prayagraj, UP:  Anjani Mishra, whose mobile number was displayed during Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s press conference on alleged vote fraud, has said she is facing harassment and intends to lodge a police complaint.

"Rahul Gandhi made my phone number public in his press conference, which has caused me a lot of trouble. He implied that votes were stolen in Maharashtra and that my voter IDs had been deleted, which is not the case. I have no travel history to or from Maharashtra, so my voter IDs cannot be created or deleted in Maharashtra. This is a completely false allegation. He made a false allegation and also made my number public. I am getting unknown, fake and fraudulent calls. I need to file it at my nearest police station because this is also a violation of my privacy... I have had this number for the last 15 years. I never had any issues. It was displayed in a fake manner, and I will complain about it," Mishra said to ANI on Friday.

Rahul Gandhi renews vote fraud allegations

On Thursday, Rahul Gandhi again raised concerns over alleged "vote theft" and criticised the Election Commission of India (ECI) for its lack of cooperation.

The ECI rejected all claims, stating:

"Allegations made by Rahul Gandhi are incorrect and baseless. No deletion of any vote can be done online by any member of the public, as misconceived by Rahul Gandhi. No deleting can take place without giving an opportunity of being heard to the affected person."
