Tata Projects Ltd has partnered with ASI Global to create modern aircraft maintenance and MRO facilities across India.

Tata Projects Ltd (TPL) has teamed up with Aircraft Support Industries (ASI Global) to design and construct modern aircraft maintenance facilities across India. The partnership aims to offer complete, end-to-end solutions for building MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and aircraft hangar infrastructure.
According to Tata Projects, the collaboration brings together the company’s strong experience in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) with ASI Global’s expertise in structural design and modular hangar construction. This combined approach is expected to deliver faster project execution, high safety standards and high-quality facilities for India’s aviation sector.
Vinayak Pai, Managing Director & CEO of Tata Projects, said the partnership will help create advanced, future-ready MRO facilities that match the needs of India’s fast-growing aviation market.
ASI Global Managing Director Mark Langbein said their long experience in building aircraft hangars, along with Tata Projects’ track record in executing large infrastructure projects, offers a strong advantage for aviation customers looking for modern maintenance facilities.
The companies will together offer turnkey solutions, meaning they will handle everything from design and engineering to construction and delivery of fully ready maintenance facilities.
The partnership is expected to support India’s efforts to expand its domestic MRO capabilities and reduce the need for airlines to send aircraft abroad for major maintenance work.
