Another accused, Soyab, who allegedly sheltered Umar-un-Nabi, has been sent to judicial custody.

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday extended the NIA custody of Dr Bilal Naseer Malla, an accused in the Red Fort blast case, by seven days.
The court also sent Soyab, a Faridabad man accused of sheltering Red Fort bomber Umar-un-Nabi, to five days of judicial custody.
The NIA brought Soyab and Bilal before the Patiala House Court under heavy security on Friday as their prior four-day NIA remand from December 15 expired.
Media access to the hearing was denied.
Principal and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandna approved seven additional days for NIA questioning of Naseer, while ordering Soyab to judicial custody until December 24.
An NIA spokesperson had previously announced Soyab's arrest from Haryana's Faridabad Dhauj area for furnishing logistical aid to "terrorist" Umar-un-Nabi ahead of the Delhi bomb blast.
NIA nabbed Dr Naseer Bilal Malla in Delhi on December 9, branding him a central figure in the plot.
NIA probes revealed Naseer deliberately sheltered Umar-un-Nabi with logistical backing and tampered with terror attack evidence, the agency disclosed on December 9.
NIA has detained nine suspects so far, including three more doctors—Dr Muzammil Ganaie, Dr Adeel Rather, Dr Shaheen Sayeed—and cleric Maulvi Irfan.
Amir Rashid Ali and Jasir Bilal Wani, alias Danish, also faced arrest.
On December 18, NIA seized the ninth accused, Jammu and Kashmir's Yasir Ahmad Dar, a close Umar-un-Nabi ally. An active plotter, Dar allegedly pledged suicide missions, per the agency.
Umar-un-Nabi piloted the explosive-packed i20 that exploded outside the Red Fort on November 10.
