The ninth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s unique interactive programme, is set for January 2026, bringing together students, teachers and parents from across India and abroad. The initiative aims to help participants tackle exam stress and celebrate examinations as an important part of life.

How to Participate in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026

An online MCQ-based competition will be conducted on the MyGov portal (https://innovateindia1.mygov.in/) from 1 December 2025 to 11 January 2026. School students from classes 6 to 12, as well as teachers and parents, are eligible to take part.

Participants completing the activity will receive a certificate of participation from MyGov. Students can also submit questions for the Prime Minister in up to 500 characters, while special online activities have been designed for parents and teachers to engage with.

Rewards for Winners

Selected winners will get the opportunity to be direct participants in the PPC 2026 event alongside PM Modi. Each winner will also receive a Certificate of Appreciation specially designed for the occasion.

A Look Back: PPC 2025

The 8th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha was held at Sunder Nursery, New Delhi, and broadcast on 10 February 2025. It featured 36 students representing government schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, CBSE schools, and Navodaya Vidyalayas. PRERANA alumni and winners of Kala Utsav and Veer Gatha also participated.

Seven separate episodes covered topics such as Sports & Discipline, Mental Health, Nutrition, Technology & Finance, and Creativity & Positivity, offering insights from renowned personalities.

PPC 2025 set a Guinness World Record, with students from over 245 countries, teachers from 153 countries and parents from 149 countries participating. Registrations soared from 22,000 in the first edition (2018) to 3.56 crore in 2025. Nationwide Jan Andolan activities added 1.55 crore participants, bringing total engagement to nearly 5 crore.
