A long-standing conflict between a couple in Mysuru was finally resolved with the intervention of the Eighth Additional District and Sessions Court in Hunsur. The court's decision not only ended the years-long feud but also led to a moment of reconciliation, with the couple exchanging garlands and sweets.
The couple, who had a baby in 2021, initially found themselves at odds over the child's name. The mother had named the baby 'Aadi,' but the father disagreed, wanting a name that reflected the god 'Shani.' The disagreement escalated and the couple filed for divorce.
Seeking maintenance for herself and the child, the woman approached the court. In response, the court named the three-year-old child 'Aryavardhana,' effectively resolving the dispute.
Following the court's decision, the couple reconciled by exchanging garlands and sharing sweets. They then returned home together with their child, bringing an end to their long-running conflict.
