Mumbai: At least 73 mobile phones, collectively worth around ₹23.85 lakh, were stolen during pop star Enrique Iglesias’ packed concert in Mumbai earlier this week, police said on Friday.
The thefts occurred on Wednesday evening at the MMRDA Ground in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), where the Spanish singer performed before an estimated crowd of over 25,000 fans. Police have so far registered seven First Information Reports (FIRs) related to the incidents.

Among the complainants are a make-up artist, hotelier, students, a journalist, and several businessmen, officers said.
Tickets for the concert, which marked Iglesias’ debut performance in Mumbai, started at ₹7,000.
The Grammy Award-winning artist, known for global hits such as ‘Hero’ and ‘Bailamos’, performed for around 90 minutes, taking fans on a nostalgic musical journey.
Police said investigations are under way to trace the suspects and recover the stolen phones.
