Thalassery: The Court had ordered to remove all alterations done to the E Bull jet which is in the custody of Motor Vehicle Department. The additional chief judicial magistrate directed to remove the illegal fittings in the presence of MVD officials at the owner’s expense.

Vloggers Ebin and Libin, run the YouTube channel ‘E Bull Jet’. The Motor Vehicle Department confiscated their vehicle after it was found that the vehicle was modified in non-compliance with rules and for failing to pay taxes.

The judgement comes in response to the petition filed by the owner Kiliyanthara Nechiyattu Veettil Ebin Varghese. The Court banned driving the vehicle on road and instructed to keep it on the premises of the police station.

The registration of the van has been cancelled for six months. In order to avoid a permanent cancellation, the owner has to comply with the court order.
