The clip, posted on October 31, depicts the doctor approaching a woman with a toddler during Diwali and handing her a condom instead of offering assistance such as food or money. This gesture quickly garnered attention online, leading to widespread outrage.

Originally shared by a user named Duryodhan on X (formerly Twitter), the video has since been deleted. In the footage, the doctor approaches the woman sitting on the sidewalk and gives her the condom, while the toddler attempts to grab it.

The doctor’s caption, which stated, “Best way to help roadside beggars,” was intended to highlight the importance of family planning and the need for people to consider their financial situation before having children. However, many viewers found the approach to be insensitive and lacking compassion. Users on social media expressed that the video exploited the woman's situation and criticized the doctor for his lack of understanding.
