CNG prices rise by Rs 1/kg in Delhi and NCR, marking a total Rs 3 hike in 48 hours. Check the latest fuel rates and impact on transport costs here.

New Delhi: CNG prices were increased again on Sunday, with rates going up by Rs 1 per kg in Delhi and nearby NCR cities. The latest hike comes just two days after a previous increase of Rs 2 per kg, adding to fuel cost concerns for daily commuters and transport operators.
Following the fresh revision, CNG in Delhi will now cost Rs 80.09 per kg. In Noida, Ghaziabad and other nearby NCR areas, the revised price has reached Rs 88.70 per kg.
The latest CNG price hike marks the second increase within 48 hours. Earlier on May 15, rates were raised by Rs 2 per kg. With the back-to-back revisions, CNG users are now facing a total increase of Rs 3 per kg in two days.
The sharp rise in CNG prices is expected to impact auto-rickshaw drivers, cab operators and private vehicle owners who depend on compressed natural gas for daily travel.
The revised prices have come into effect immediately.
