Prosecution opposed the contention and said that we have to recover Rs 30 crores. He withdrew Rs 60 lakh after he absconded. We have to take him to 10 places and to effect the recovery.

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday reserved its order on the anticipatory bail application filed by self-styled godman Chaitanyananda Saraswati, who is facing serious allegations, including cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy.
The matter was heard by Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur, who said the order would be pronounced either later in the day or on September 27.
The case against Saraswati includes a slew of charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, such as cheating by personation, cheating by inducing delivery of property, forgery, use of forged documents as genuine, and criminal conspiracy.
In addition to the financial and property-related charges, Saraswati is also under investigation for alleged sexual harassment of 17 female students from a private management institute in Delhi.
