Bigg Boss Malayalam winner Jinto has been booked in a theft case after a woman gym owner alleged he broke into her leased gym and stole ₹10,000 along with important documents.

Kochi: Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6 winner and bodybuilder Jinto has found himself embroiled in yet another controversy after a woman gym owner lodged a theft complaint against him.
Police confirmed on Tuesday that the complaint was filed at the Palarivattom Police Station, accusing Jinto of unlawfully entering a gym that the woman had leased from him. According to her statement, he allegedly broke in during the early hours of Monday, damaged CCTV cameras and other property, and made away with ₹10,000 in cash along with crucial documents.
Investigators said CCTV footage provided by the complainant purportedly shows Jinto entering the premises without permission. A case has been registered under Section 305 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (theft), and further investigation is underway.
This is not the first dispute between the woman and the reality television star. She had previously accused Jinto of sexual harassment, leading to his brief arrest before being released on bail.
Jinto, who has often been in the headlines for controversies, was also questioned earlier in connection with a hybrid cannabis case. Although no charges were pressed, his alleged involvement added to his mounting troubles.
In addition to the police cases, former Bigg Boss contestants Sijo Thomas and Sai Krishna had previously levelled allegations that Jinto misled aspiring actresses and models by making false promises of film opportunities and assuring them he could secure them entry into the Bigg Boss house.
Despite the backlash and disputes during his stint on the show, Jinto went on to win Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6 — a victory that sparked divided reactions among viewers and ex-housemates alike.
