Himachal Pradesh is set to experience a fresh spell of snow and rain
The weather in Himachal Pradesh is expected to change in the next few days, with new periods of rain and snow predicted throughout the state.
As a Western Disturbance moves through the area, the Meteorological Centre in Shimla has predicted wet conditions from January 16 to 21. However, it is anticipated that the plains districts will continue to be mostly dry.
In certain areas of the state, authorities have issued a cold wave warning, advising citizens to be cautious and take the appropriate precautions.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has also indicated that another Western Disturbance is likely to impact northwest India from January 19, which could further influence weather conditions in Himachal Pradesh.
